This étude was composed and recorded yesterday on 3-track guzheng, performed by me. I was inspired by the dog roses (photo below) that are blossoming in the forest in Nashville right now. The dog rose blooms from June to July, with sweet scented flowers which are usually pale pink, but can vary between a deep pink and white.
