This track was recorded yesterday. It is a theme and variations of a classical guzheng piece called 寒鸦戏水 - the literal translation is The Winter Jackdaw Playing in Water. This traditional instrumental piece is from Chaozhou 潮州 area in east Guanggong province in China.
It has been a hectic week in the U.S. for the Asian American community. I would like to use this newsletter to do something helpful.

In 2018, I had the honor to attend the annual national convention of AAAJC held in Atlanta. It was inspiring to meet so many community leaders around the country who do amazing humanitarian work. I got to see Stacy Abrams’ speak!
