I wrote this slow waltz on two-track guzheng yesterday. The “glacier stream” flowers are from South Africa (photo below). I saw them in New Zealand last month. The plants have strap-like leaves and elegant white flowers. The buds look like big tear drops. They have travelled far from the homeland to New Zealand, blossoming as beautiful as ever.
