It’s similar to a vertical harp but horizontal. Very elegant and suspenseful. Thanks Wu Fei. I feel as though I am sojourning in ancient China.

Yes. I feel natural when I play a vertical harp though I’m not a professional harp player. The scales are very different from my guzheng. The only physical difference between the two is how we balance our arms and fingers with gravity.

Are you familiar with Shen Yun? It is based on performance dance by Chinese artists. It is advertised by the local television.

I used to study Taoism and the art of mindful meditation via tai chi. I often wonder about that cultural experience. It was decades ago. It still resonates deep within. I wish for human connection especially with my poetry. There is something good about stretching out and evoking emotions.

Lovely piece. Wish you turned the camera sideways for a wider & closer panoramic view.
