#983 - A new valiha night song

Hi everyone,

I made a new song on the valiha - traditional tube zither from Madagascar. I wnat to thank my dear friends Tasha & David for bringing me this beautiful gift all the from Madagascar to Nashville, Tennessee. Tasha is the author of the book Children of the Soil (photo below). The valiha is a traditinal tube zither from Madagascar. I am still finding ways to hold it so it is stable on my laps and I can use all my fingers to pluck the strings. Playing it makes me miss Africa.
