#761 — Hello Gold Mountain full symphony Lehigh University Philharmonic at Zoellner Arts Center
Dear all,
I have been wanting to share the concert video of my composition Hello Gold Mountain full symphony version with you.
This work was a MAP Fund awardee project in 2018. The ensemble version was premiered by chatterbird ensemble at Vanderbilt University in 2019.
Since then, Hello Gold Mountain has been performed at Butler University, the National Gallery (Washington D.C.), and Bellingham Symphony.
In fall 2022, I orchestrated the ensemble version into a full symphony. It was premiered by Lehigh University Philharmonic at Zoellner Arts Center on February 11, 2023 (video below).
I will share more news soon about my upcoming concerts and collaborations with symphony and chamber orchestras around the world. A big shout out to my management and booking team — Judson Management and Halac Artists.
Thank you all for your support from the beginning of my launch of Wu Fei’s Music Daily on May 2, 2020. I hope I will reach to your city and communities in the future!

The End
Poem 《Take Me Under Your Wing》- written by - Chaim Nachman Bialik, born in the Russian Empire (present day Ukraine) in1873, died in Vienna, Austria in1934.
Take me under your wing, be my mother, my sister.
Take my head to your breast, my banished prayers to your nest.
One merciful twilight hour, hear my pain, bend your head.
They say there is youth in the world. Where has my youth fled? Listen! another secret: I have been seared by a flame.
They say there is love in the world. How do we know love’s name?
I was deceived by the stars. There was a dream; it passed.
I have nothing at all in the world, nothing but a vast waste.
Take me under your wing, be my mother, my sister.
Take my head to your breast, my banished prayers to your nest
