Good morning, afternoon, and evening,
I recorded this étude today inspired by my encounter with a northern black racer snake during my hike in the forest yesterday (photo below). This kind of snake is common in the state of Ohio. In fact, the northern black racer is the state reptile of Ohio. Seeing it near my home makes me happy that our economy system must be good for the black racers. This snake was very calm sun bathing when I saw it. It did not move at all when I walked past it. Living in nature has taught me so much about Mother Earth. Humans have a lot of misunderstanding about how nature works. No wonder there are so many ridiculous behaviors and policies made by humans are damaging the environment.
